INTERGEO 2022, the world’s leading conference and trade fair in the field of geodesy, geoinformatics, this year takes place in Essen, from 18 to 20 October 2022. The focus of this year’s INTERGEO is on the creation of digital twins: 3D city models, the use of BIM in geodesy and digital urban planning.
From city districts to construction projects, transport or climate change measures: digital twins show planning, maintenance and future scenarios interactively and realistically in a 3D model. At the same time, the three-dimensional image, the so-called digital twin, is linked to real parameters such as the environment, time and situation.
Who are the exhibitors at this year’s INTERGEO 2022?
Many exhibitors are using advanced technologies (cameras, lasers, scanners, sensors) to capture spatial data in real time. Everything that is captured is based on geo-data and geo-information and is contextualised. This provides a 3D model as a base that can be supplemented and enhanced with information from different systems, for example real-time data, sensor data, work orders or asset management data.
Flycom Technologies is co-exhibiting this year with FLAI. We will present our comprehensive approach to capturing, processing and displaying captured spatial data and use concrete examples to demonstrate solutions that successfully solve our customers’ challenges.
